What we collect

When you sign in, we collect your email address to create your account and send magic-link authentication emails. We do not collect passwords.

When you purchase a report credit, Stripe processes your payment. We store only a record that a payment was completed — we do not store your card details.

Your contracts — not stored

Uploaded files and pasted contract text are processed entirely in server memory. We do not write your contract content to disk, a database, or any third-party storage service. The text is sent to a fine-tuned LLM to generate your analysis and then discarded.

Report retention — 24 hours

The generated analysis report (a structured JSON document) is stored in our database for 24 hours from creation. After that it is automatically and permanently deleted. We show a clear notice on the report page indicating when your report expires.

How we use your data

• Email address: to send magic-link sign-in emails and account-related notices.
• Payment records: for billing, refund processing, and fraud prevention.
• Report data: to display your analysis to you for 24 hours.

Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@legalpadai.com. Reports are deleted automatically after 24 hours; your account and credit balance will be removed within 30 days of your request.
