1. Not legal advice
Legalpad AI is a contract explainer tool, not a law firm. Nothing produced by Legalpad AI constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using this service. Reports are for informational purposes only. For important decisions, consult a licensed real estate attorney in your jurisdiction.
2. Use of the service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Legalpad AI. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You may use Legalpad AI only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
3. Credits and payments
Report credits are sold individually at $19 each. Credits are consumed upon successful completion of an analysis. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe.
If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our part, we will restore your credit. We do not offer refunds for successfully completed analyses.
4. Document handling
You grant Legalpad AI a limited, temporary license to process the content of documents you submit solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not store, share, or use your documents for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Report availability
Generated reports are available for 24 hours from creation, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. You are responsible for saving or noting any information you wish to keep before expiry.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Legalpad AI makes no warranty that reports are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legalpad AI is not liable for any decisions made based on analysis reports.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
